2024 Annual Meeting

Saturday, September 21st | 10 am – 4 pm

Join us for the New York Flora Association 2024 Annual Meeting at the Ganondagan State Historic Site in Victor, NY. Park at the Seneca Arts and Culture Center (1488 NY-444, Victor, NY 14564).

Activities will include the presentation of the 2024 Plant Conservationist Award, botanizing in the park, the Annual Meeting, 2024 Board of Directors elections, Steve’s Plant Quiz, and more! This year we are honored to be able to present the Plant Conservationist Award to Bruce Gilman, retired SUNY-FLCC Professor. Events are open to NYFA members, past, present, and future. Friends and family welcome! Lunch will be provided.

In accordance with the Organization and Bylaws of the New York Flora Association, the Nominating Committee is recommending that the following current Directors whose terms expire in 2023 return for another three-year term: Dan Spada (President), Rich Ring, Kyle Webster. Write-in candidates are also accepted. Please cast your ballots by mail, email, or other form of technology, prior to, or in person, at the NYFA Annual Meeting.
